Grant of Share Options

In accordance with the terms of engagement between Blomfield Corporate Finance
Limited ('Blomfield') and Biofutures, the Company has today granted Blomfield
options to subscribe for 1,510,600 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital
of the
Company (representing one per cent. of the current issued share capital of
Biofutures) at an exercise price of 4.875 pence per ordinary share. The options
are exercisable at any time up to and including 31 August 2012.
