Biofutures was notified on 27 June 2008 that on 24 June 2008 Mr. Chong Kim Chan
no longer held an interest in the shares of Arthur J Stewart Group Limited and
therefore the 4,280,264 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in Biofutures,
(representing
approximately 2.83 per cent. of the issued share capital of Biofutures) which
were transferred by Mr. Chong Kim Chan to Arthur J Stewart Group Limited free of
value on 9 April 2008 are no longer beneficially held by him.  Mr. Chong Kim
Chan therefore no
longer has a notifiable interest in Biofutures.
