Cheuvreux International Ltd made a purchase of ordinary shares of 1 penny each
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') which increased their holding from 5,582,177
Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 3.70 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company to 6,457,177 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.27 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company.
