On 4 March 2008 Biofutures was notified that on 28 February 2008 Credit Agricole
Cheuvreux International Ltd made a purchase of ordinary shares of 1 penny each
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') which increased its holding from below 3
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company to 5,072,177 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 3.36 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
