Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

In accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Biofutures confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting, have been posted to shareholders today.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available, in electronic form, from today, for download on the Company's website www.biofuturesplc.com and, in hard copy form, free of charge, at the offices of Stephenson Harwood, One St Paul's Churchyard, London EC4M 8SH.

The Directors have convened the Annual General Meeting of the Company for Monday 15 June 2009 at 10 a.m. at the offices of Stephenson Harwood.
