Julie Patricia Pomeroy, (aged 53), Finance Director
Julie Pomeroy graduated with an honours degree in Physics from Birmingham University. She is a Chartered Accountant and in addition holds tax and treasury qualifications. Julie was Group Finance Director of Carter & Carter Group plc until October 2005 having joined in 2002 to help grow and float the business. She had previously been Chief Financial Officer of Weston Medical Group plc and prior to this, Julie worked at East Midlands Electricity plc as Director of Corporate Finance. Since leaving Carter & Carter she has been following a portfolio finance director career working with growing businesses.

Wong Kai Fatt (aged 43), Executive Director
Joe Wong (Wong Kai Fatt) holds a degree in computer science and a doctorate in pharmacy and healthcare administration from the University of Louisiana. He is currently on the board of eAsset Management SB, Ethical Plantations SB, and a number of inactive private companies. Prior to this, he held a number of senior roles in the financial services sector and has published works in the area of healthcare and equity investment research. Joe was originally appointed as a Non Executive Director following the acquisition of Zurex. He became an Executive Director on 30 July 2007.

Yeoh Keat Hoe (aged 47), Executive Chairman
Yeoh Keat is an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia, having studied law in Malaysia and the UK. He has experience in banking and company documentation, real estate and corporate acquisitions, privatisations and restructuring. Keat Hoe acts in an advisory capacity for a number of corporations and has his own practice, K H Yeoh & Associates.

Dr Patrick Dennis Howes (aged 53), Non-Executive Director
Dr Howes has a Ph.D. in Chemistry (1981) from Salford University and over 25 years' experience in energy related chemical industries. His particular skills are in the execution and management of projects from inception to completion.
Mr. David Long (aged 62), Non-executive Director
David Long has many years' experience in business operational management and business accounting processes within the paint and chemical industry. At Biofutures, he is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He became a non-executive director on 5 February 2008.
